A delicious foot scrub that is ideal for both refreshing and revitalizing tired feet. The preparation time should take no more than 5 minutes.
30g / 1 oz sweet almond oil
3 drops rosemary essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
125 ml/ 1/2 cup cornmeal
Mix the sweet almond oil and rosemary and peppermint essential oils together in ceramic bowl.
Pour the cornmeal in gradually and stir continuously. The aim is to make a thick paste for spreading. Mix well.
Use on your feet. Apply with a circular rubbing action and place more on drier or calloused areas of the feet.
Remove with warm water and a gentle face washer.
